Prior to coming to YouthLaunch, Rene served as an Administrative Assistant for the Center for Health Care Services and for Texas State Representative John Longoria. He has also held positions as a legal assistant.
Rene studied economics and public policy at the University of Chicago.
Rene's community involvement includes volunteering as an art instructor at the Gracy Woods II Nursing Center and serving as the volunteer coordinator for the Capital Area Nursing Home Games.
