Teacher Judy Winship has opted to make Earth Force a choice for students’ independent quarterly projects for her Environmental Science class. Almost 20 students opted to do an action oriented Earth Force project instead of a more traditional research paper or book report. After students gained a background on environmental issues local to their school they chose four different projects on which to work. One group will be creating an interpretive trail located next to an elementary schools so that teachers can use it as an educational tool.
