Leading the Way in Energy Conservation

Second graders at Claysville Elementary got passionate about energy conservation this spring. They took an inventory of classrooms with lights left on while empty and found that there were plenty. Their Earth Force project was to get the word out about being energy savers! They designed door hangers to remind teachers and staff to turn off the lights when they left the room. They also distributed the door hangers and wrote a beautiful song about their project to educate others.
