FrontRange Earth Force and South Platte River Environmental Education (SPREE) are teaming up to provide a new program to involve young people in helping to keep the Platte River clean. This brand new program, called SPREE Force, recruits students from nine of Denver's SPREE schools and sends them on fun-filled missions to investigate and improve water quality trhough secret messages sent to them by Chompers, the SPREE mascot.
Interested students need to fill out a paper application and quick quiz on our brochure (given after SPREE field trips) or can sign up online. Each student will receive a special SPREE Force bracelet just for signing up and a South Platte River "Jibbitz" for each completed mission.
Visit the SPREE Force website for more information!
