Incarnation Catholic School- Mrs. Rychel's Class

Mrs. Rychel’s class has completed their community walk, they discovered fox squirrels and the need for additional long leaf pines. In addition, they are very concerned that the storm water pond is completely overgrown and possibly filled in. They have discussed the need for large front end loaders, a snake expert and even analysis of the soil to see if it can be sold as potting soil. Historically the school is located adjacent to a bog / marsh where people came to harvest the soil. Students are calling in storm water pond experts, reviewing permits and researching native and exotic storm water plants.
