EFBC Fall 2008 - Charleston Progressive

When completing the environmental inventory of their school campus, these students were appalled by the large amounts of litter on their school playground. To solve this issue, the students organized a clean up day during their recess periods. On the clean up day, each and every student who went to recess was responsible for picking up and properly disposing of at least one piece of trash. The EFBC students then made signs and installed them around the playground to show their fellow students how to keep it clean.
