Mark your calendars now for CREF’s 6th annual Youth Summit, Tuesday, April 27 at Potomac Overlook Regional Park in Arlington. This year our theme is Earth Force Youth: 21st Century Superheroes, as we gather together in a day of hands-on learning and celebration that emphasizes youth voice and environmental leadership. Students will participate with our partner organizations in a range of activities broadening their skills in critical thinking, community service, advocacy, and political engagement, and share their student action project accomplishments with their peers.
This year the Youth Summit also features an event logo contest, which gives Earth Force students an opportunity to showcase their artistic talents by designing a logo to appear on event materials and t-shirts. Contest and prize details will be announced soon!
