The Earth Force process entails six steps: Step One: Youth learn about their community's strength and challenges. Step Two: Youth choose the environmental issue they want to address. Step Three: Youth research the issue to understand how to address the problem. Step Four: Youth decide what to change and how to change it. Step Five: Youth design and complete an Action Plan (environmental action) Step Six: Youth reflect on their experience and go public.
