Stanley Kroh currently serves as the President of the Suncoast Earth Force CAB and also serves on the National Earth Force Board. He has been active in a variety of environmental organizations in the Tampa area for many years. He currently serves as the President of the Hillsborough River Watershed Alliance, Chair of the Hillsborough Greenways Committee, Chair of the Learning Gate Community School Board of Directors, and Immediate Past President and Treasurer of Tampa Audubon Society. He is currently employed with Tampa Electric Company where is Manager of Land and Water Programs in the Environmental, Health & Safety Department. He has two sons, Noah, who is five, and Gabriel, who is one..
Dr. Andrew Ghillyer, Vice President

Dr. Andrew Ghillyer is the Vice President of Academic Affairs for Argosy University in Tampa. Dr. Ghillyer’s past experience includes Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a civil engineering software company, and Director of International Business Relations for a global training organization. Dr. Ghillyer received his Doctorate in Management Studies from the University of Surrey in the UK. His professional credentials span over 24 years of operational management experience across a wide range of industries, markets and cultures. He is a published author in the field of Service Quality, Ethics, and management, and has an established track record of growth and achievement in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments..
Ken Hagan, Commissioner
Hillsborough County Commission
Commissioner Ken Hagan is a native and lifelong resident of Hillsborough County, who was first elected to the Board of County Commissioners in November, 2002, and reelected in 2004. During that time, he has held the leadership positions of Chaplin and Vice Chairman for two years each and he was recently elected to serve as the Board’s Chairman.
Although he is the District 2 Commissioner, he has successfully championed several landmark issues with county-wide and even regional implications. In particular, Chairman Hagan proposed and leads the County’s Transportation Task Force. The Task Force has just completed Phase I, which addresses present needs, and received approval to allocate $500 million over the next five years. Phase II, which will concentrate of long term and multi modal transportation solutions, has just started and is expected to discuss plans that would result in the commitment of an additional $1.5 billion. Commissioner Hagan also serves as the BOCC’s representative on the Hillsborough Aviation Authority and TBARTA, the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority.

William F. Hamilton is Board Certified in Business Litigation and Intellectual Property by The Florida Bar. His work includes complex business litigation in the areas of contract, software, and technology disputes, intellectual property (copyright, trademark, and trade secrets law), e-commerce, data security, telecommunications, trade regulation and unfair trade practices.
Michael Harrison
Michael Harrison has been an Earth Force Volunteer Associate since joining the organization in 2003. Every school year, he visits classrooms to conduct community inventory walks with the students and teach environmental awareness and action planning through watershed education. In 2006-07, Suncoast Earth Force awarded him the SOPFE’s Choice Award for Volunteer leadership for his involvement. Mr. Harrison is a Florida-licensed Professional Geologist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Masters of Business Administration degree with specialization in Sustainability. Professionally, he is a Principal Scientist at Progressive Engineering & Construction Inc. where he serves as Marketing Director and lead advocate for the company’s Sustainable Engineering Solutions initiative.
Bill Heller, Representative

H. William (Bill) Heller currently serves as board member of Suncoast Earth Force, Mahaffey Theater Foundation, Museum of History, and Family Resources; Board Chairman of Bayfront Health Systems, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Tampabay, Great Explorations, and Pinellas County Cultural Council; legislative consultant to Friendship Trail Oversight Committee; member of Festival of States, Museum of History and St. Petersburg Preservation. He is currently employed as State of Florida Representative for District 52, St. Petersburg, FL; Professor, Special Education, University of South Florida St. Petersburg and is a Veteran — US Army, 82nd Airborne Division. He and wife, Jeanne, have been married 54 years; have one son, two daughters, three grandchildren, one dog and two cats.
Barbara Motte, Media/Community Relations Coordinator
The Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County
Barbara Motte has served as the Media/Community Relations coordinator for the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County since 2000. Her current responsibilities include producing the agency’s annual report and other agency publications, coordinating public involvement activities and promoting the agency’s programs and services to the community. Barbara has a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of South.
Michele Northrup, Grants Coordinator

Michele Northrup' s 20-year career is anchored in service to nonprofit organizations and business concept creations. An effective fundraiser and crusader for schools, children and environmental issues, she has combined administrative and practical skills with deep commitment to the cause she is working on. Her creative and effective ways to respond to the evolving challenges of fundraising today has lead her to winning Fundraiser of the Year 2007-2008 in Lutz, Florida. Currently she works as a full time fundraiser for Learning Gate Community School, a Hillsborough County Environmental Charter School, has an award winning Gourmet Sauce company and owns a property investment firm. She enjoys spending time in the mountains with her husband, Tom & their three 10 year old boys. Michele has enthusiastically served on Suncoast Earth Force CAB for two years.
