District Partnerships
Make authentic learning part of every student's experience. We can help.
Whether your district is advancing student-centered learning, Portrait of a Graduate competencies, or future-ready education, Earth Force helps you achieve those goals through Environmental Applied Civics (EAC).
OUR FOCUS
A FLEXIBLE APPROACH
Co-Creation: Your strategy, our expertise
We don’t deliver an off-the-shelf program, but rather co-create systems that meet you where you are. We offer a range of support, from strategic analysis of existing curricula/initiatives to full-scale implementation through three flexible tiers.
EVIDENCE-BASED REFINEMENT
Grounded in research, best practices, and refinement
Our approaches are grounded in research and strengthened through ongoing evaluation with Data+Soul, a leading data firm rooted in equity. We refine our methods based on evidence, not assumptions, ensuring continuous improvement.
ENHANCEMENT, NOT REPLACEMENT
Integration into your unique schools and ecosystem
Districts get the strongest results when Environmental Applied Civics is integrated into existing programs. We help strengthen your curriculum so young people can work with their community on real environmental issues while still meeting standards.
Turn District Goals Into Student Action
From college and career readiness to civic engagement and environmental literacy, Environmental Applied Civics helps districts achieve their priorities through meaningful, community-connected learning.
Does your district have goals like these?
Bring our vision to life
We have a Portrait of a Graduate or Learner but need help turning that vision into consistent classroom practice across the district.
Align our civic learning
We have strong civic readiness work happening across our district, but it's disconnected. We want a coordinated, sustainable strategy.
District leaders come to Earth Force from different starting points, but many share the same goals.
Expand what’s working
Environmental Applied Civics transformed my classroom. Now I want to help other educators use it to meet our Environmental Literacy goals.
Strengthen our curriculum
We're exploring how Environmental Applied Civics could strengthen our existing middle school social studies curriculum.
Wherever you're starting, Earth Force helps school districts integrate Environmental Applied Civics in ways that align with existing priorities, build educator capacity, and create lasting impact.

Collaborative Wins: Flexible Models for District Impact
Aligning with your community’s priorities
Earth Force's implementation tiers are designed to support the strategic goals of district leaders, educators, and parents. We prioritize instructional rigor and standards-based integration to foster measurable student agency and civic reasoning without increasing educator workload. Here are examples of recent district partnerships.
-

This partnership equipped educators with standards-based tools for complex discussions and created a scalable model for embedding climate literacy and equity into core coursework.
-
Earth Force and the CLEAN Network partnered with DPS to pilot Climate Literacy Seal-aligned environmental action within the 9th grade Civics "Power of Protest" unit. Earth Force provided a full-day professional development to meet the Seal’s experiential learning requirements using existing coursework.

Earth Force provided district-wide professional development for science educators, introducing the Environmental Applied Civics process as a framework for student-led climate action. These sessions successfully integrated Climate Literacy principles into existing classes and built significant educator capacity.
-
As an embedded partner in Sheridan, Earth Force co-designs Climate Literacy Seal-aligned pathways with curriculum and credit recovery staff. This deep collaboration, supported by the GOCO Sheridan Inspire Coalition, empowers students to lead environmental justice and food access initiatives across all grade levels and summer programming.
OUR SERVICES
Every district’s starting point is different. We’ll begin by understanding your goals, context, and capacity, then identify the right pathway that best supports your vision.
Tier 1: Analysis and strategic direction
We review your existing curriculum, unit, or initiative through a systems and implementation lens. You’ll receive clear recommendations grounded in evidence, practice, and existing constraints—along with a roadmap that makes next steps actionable.
Tier 2: Strategy to solutions
Tier 2 includes everything in Tier 1, plus hands-on support to prepare you for launch. We work with your team to translate strategy into materials, frameworks, and shared understanding—so implementation doesn’t depend on a single person.
Tier 3: Full implementation support
Tier 3 includes all prior deliverables and adds sustained support through the first year of implementation. This is a deeper partnership focused on quality, scale, and results. This tier typically involves regular engagement and may include in-person support.
